OLD STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION:

                          Old Students‘ Association of AyyaNadar Janakiammal Polytechnic College was established in the year 2005. Ms.S.Suder Olivoo, M.E., was the President of ANJAPC Old Students’ Association till March 2017.  Ms. D. Nageswari  acted as the Secretary and  Ms. S. Uma Mangaleswari   acted as the Treasurer till July 2017.

                      After the retirement of Ms. S. Suder Olivoo M.E., from our Institution, a new Committee has been formed from April 2017, Ms. Y. Annelet Anbarasi, M.E., has been appointed as the President, Ms. S. Uma Mangaleswari acted as the Secretary and Ms. P.Tamilselvi as the Treasurer of OSA.

                    From April 2020, Ms. M. Nirmala is acting as the Secretary and Ms. N. Ananthi as the Treasurer.

                    Our OSA functions successfully with the guidance of our President & 5 dedicated Executive members    Ms.M.Nirmala, Ms. S. Uma Mangaleswari, Ms. N. Ananthi, Ms. P. Tamilselvi, and Ms. K. Dhanalakshmi.Totally there are 207 Life members.The talents of the teachers and the needs of their students meet successfully in our Institution.

Yes, nearly 11 OLD STUDENTS are working in our Institution.

ACTIVITIES OF OSA:

·         Providing Scholarship and remitting  Exam fees for 2 students from each branch.

·         Giving assistance andl support for Placement of our students.

·         Sponsoring  Course fees  for  Student’s Skill Development.

·         Offering Compliments to all Students.

OSA CONVENTION MEETING:

                            The OSA Convention meeting is being conducted every year by inviting Alumini of our Institution as  Chief Guest .They share their Industrial experiences and provide some useful ideas about  jobs in various fields.  Scrumptious lunch will be provided for all , at the end of the meeting.

                         So far, we have conducted 16 Convention Meetings. From this year, we have planned to provide financial assistance to the financially weak students during admission in our Institution and we wish to give an opportunity for the old students to give guidance for the Final year students regarding their project work.

                       We wish to enhance our OSA activities for the growth and development of our Institution in future.
